Young people with food allergies are constantly saying what they can't do. I can't eat this. I can't do that. I can't go there. Constantly identifying yourself by your nots is problematic, experts say. This is why it's important for us to encourage these young people to identify what they CAN do, who they are, and who they will be. Before we do that, though, we must be prepared to answer the questions ourselves. What is your CAN?
