Food Allergy 101: 'I'm voting for your extinction.'

WHAT IF MY ALLERGY WAS A REAL, LIVE PERSON?

AND WHAT IF I COULD TALK TO HIM ABOUT WHAT HE’S TAUGHT ME OVER THE YEARS?

I’m standing on the corner looking at my cell when Mr. A., my allergy, arrives for our weekly talk.

“Why are standing here instead of waiting inside?” he asks, holding the door to the coffee shop.

“One second,” I say. “I’m almost finished.”

I click on the link. I tap the button. Done.

“What are you doing?” he asks.

“I just voted,” I say.

“Voted? For what?”

I smile. “Your extinction.”
